Main duties include diagnosing and resolving technical issues individually and as part of a team via telephone, email and remote control, handling calls from first and second line team members, keeping documentation up to date, liaising with 3rd parties, administration via Active Directory and fulfilling other contractual service. You will be solving variety of problems and incidents, performing daily technical tasks Solves problems various hardware, software, and network operating problems via the phone, email, chat and remote control tools, and involves technical resources to ensure resolution Applies understanding and knowledge of information systems products and services to assist users Identifies, investigates and documents user questions and problems as well as isolating and resolving information systems problems Coordinates referrals to appropriate technical, professional, or service personnel Receives and prioritizes issues and forwards using appropriate escalation procedures All other duties as assigned Apart from the introductory training and the opportunity to improve both your social and technical skills, you will gain access to internal and external certified courses, giving you a chance to develop in several directions within the company: Team leader: License 2 Lead, Manager on Duty, conduct coaching & mentoring Project coordinator: PRINCE2, Agile, PMI Process manager: ITIL (foundation & intermediate levels), License 2 Deliver We wish from you Very good (min.
